Meet your new brand console The main landing page of the Customer behaviur dashboard allows brands and retailers to see analytics exclusively from the On-Product QR code of the Product ID. To see more in-depth information about each category, brands can select and click on one of the following categories and you will be directed to a screen where the information is visible on a bigger scale with even more analysis about the category.

The Product ID All-in-one product description does not support any other information regarding the product unless it is informed by the official brands through the brand console.

The brand console provides a free template where your brands can have access to all the information that is needed to be provided for the All-in-one product description.

Weekly report

The weekly report is here to help your brand revise insights into how your products with the On-Product QR code and customers are requesting throughout the week.

With one click, your Customer behavior dashboard will generate a weekly report organising all this information so you can understand it visually and practically.

In the main menu placed on the left side of the brand console, you can find all the main sections of the console. Furthermore, brands can see the overview of the product performance- including, top 3 products of interest, top 5 asked questions, customer interactions and so much more.

In the products section of the brand console, brands can add or remove their products. Brands can add their products using the single product page in order to generate the interactive label of the selected products.

In the analytics section of the brand console brands can view the regional analytics page where it gives the global overview where your customers were interacting with your products. Selecting single country will lead to specified country analytics.

In the library section of the brand console, brands will have access to the single product upload page. When adding a product it is important to fill in as much information as possible.
